I decided long ago to avoid all diet pills with synephrine and caffeine in them. These two together are not a good mix. If you do not like being jittery and having insomnia, avoid weight loss pills with this ingredient combination. At least this is my opinion. - Steve
ReplyDeleteI don't like the way they fail to tell you how much caffeine it contains. It's just an ingredient blend, which tells me nothing.

This is especially the case if you have certain health problems or are taking prescription medications. Too much caffeine and other stimulants can be very bad and encourage adverse reactions.
