Skinny Fiber Review (UPDATE: 2020)

What is Skinny Fiber?

Skinny Fiber is made by Skinny Body Care, and each bottle contains 120 capsules, which is a one-month supply. Although it is not clearly stated on the company website, this diet pill is $79.95 per bottle. It can be used by both women and men trying to shed unwanted body fat. You basically take up to four capsules per day, along with plenty of water. No caffeine or Ephedra is found in this weight loss pill. This diet product first showed up in 2011.

Skinny Fiber Product Specifics

Skinny Fiber aims to help with weight reduction by minimizing hunger. You should ideally feel fuller, so you crave less food and eat less frequently. Over time, this can result in fat loss. Although diet and exercise will certainly help you lose more weight, they are not really encouraged on the official website.

There are three major ingredients used in Skinny Fiber diet capsules. These are Glucomannan, Caralluma Fimbriata, and Cha de Bugre. Glucomannan is a natural source of fiber, which expands in the stomach to help suppress appetite. It may also encourage more regular bowel movements. Caralluma Fimbriata also helps reduce hunger, and it is specifically a cactus plant extract. As for Cha de Bugre, this is a type of stimulant that may help with weight loss, and also increase energy levels.

The Skinny on Skinny Fiber

The core ingredient used in Skinny Fiber pills, Glucomannan, may help you feel fuller. This can in turn help with appetite suppression. However, a fiber supplement from the local supermarket or drugstore can do the very same thing. While you might pay $10 for a fiber supplement at a local store, this diet pill is $79.95. You should also note that a bottle only lasts for 30 days. In short, Skinny Fiber is too expensive for most people, and you are really better off purchasing a common fiber pill or powder.

  1. I like that this supplement is fiber, but why is it so EXPENSIVE? Gees, $80 for some fiber. I already use Metamucil, and it does not cost but $18 for a big jug. Will Skinny Fiber actually work better, or is this just a fad diet pill?

  2. In all honesty, I think Skinny Fiber is a hyped-up fiber supplement. Just look at the main ingredient, which is Glucomannan. This is simply a natural form of fiber taken from a plant. While it should help reduce appetite and help with regularity, it is not exactly a magic ingredient that's worth $80. If this is the type of weight loss supplement you are interested in, it makes more sense to just purchase Metamucil or Benefiber. This is just my two cents. Thanks!
