Yerba Mate Review (UPDATE: 2020)

What is Yerba Mate?

You definitely will not have any trouble finding a weight loss pill or diet program. There are literally hundreds of options out there today. Naturally this confuses many dieters. Before you take any weight loss supplements, it is prudent to get a good understanding of the ingredients these diet pills contain. Yerba Mate is one natural ingredient commonly used in diet supplements. It is often combined with other "weight loss" ingredients like Raspberry Ketone, Hoodia, Green Tea, and Garcinia Cambogia. Dozens of Yerba Mate supplements are available online, and the majority of them are affordable at $10 to $20 a bottle.

Yerba Mate Product Specifics

Yerba Mate is a leaf from the South American holly tree. It is often used as a tea, but is also found in a number of "health" supplements. This leaf contains caffeine, polyphenols, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and saponins. This leaf is claimed to help combat fatigue, boost the metabolism, lower LDL cholesterol levels, combat free radicals, and potentially reduce the risk of cancer.

Most over-the-counter supplements containing Yerba Mate are marketed as weight loss pills and health supplements. These products contain anywhere from 50 milligrams to 600 milligrams per serving. It appears that the caffeine in these products is the primary component, and it functions as a stimulant and diuretic. Caffeine can help stimulate the metabolism, improve mental alertness, and elevate energy levels. However, this does not mean this leaf extract will help you lose excess body fat.

The Skinny on Yerba Mate for Weight Loss

Since Yerba Mate does contain caffeine, it is considered a stimulant, and it may briefly boost the metabolism and reduce fatigue. This leaf is similar to Green Tea leaves, in the sense that it contains caffeine and polyphenols, and may help lower bad cholesterol. Overall, this natural ingredient does not appear to be harmful. However, individuals who are sensitive or intolerant to caffeine, may not be able to take these diet pills. Some users have complained of sleeplessness, jitters, diarrhea, and rapid heartbeat. Some people have also stated that these diet products do not actually cause any weight loss.

  1. Hoodia, Green tea, and Raspberry are the three ingredients which can help you lose weight effectively and naturally. Most of the weight loss products nowadays contain these three ingredients. I recommend Raspberry Ketone Juice to those who desperately want to lose weight without getting any side effect.
